WOMEN'S INTIMACY GROUP

What we have uncovered in our experience is Porn and Sex Addiction might look similar for men and women on the outside but presents itself very differently.

  • This Group is designed to help women understand the concept of what love/relationship/sex  or porn addiction really means and how it manifests. Helping you make sense of it and create functionality in your day-to-day life and move beyond feeling stuck.
  • This group would help you in understanding what it takes to move beyond past trauma and create healthy relationships and freedom from traumatic bonding.
  • This group will not only help educate you about the addiction but will also provide you with the necessary steps to support the recovery essentials required for sobriety, healthiness and wellbeing.
  • Participants will be able to discuss and process the necessary easy-to-follow performables specifically designed to understand and work through addiction.
  • Participants will also come to learn more about the core issues for which the addiction became the solution to the problem rather than just addressing and resolving the problem.
  • This group allows you to dive into the fundamental principles of intimacy while learning and growing alongside other women.
  • Rejuvenate your intimacy journey and revitalize your relationship with yourself and others.
  • This serves women who are ready to take the next step in learning about their emotional and physical connections in a warm and supportive environment.
  • Participants will learn about intimacy in the context of themselves and their emotional safety.
  • This group will cultivate an understanding and empowering environment as individuals identify their boundaries, reduce shame, and generate self-care techniques.
  • This will help individuals to build intimacy skills in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
  • Move toward responding more than reacting
  • Learn how to reconnect when you feel threatened or disconnected
  • Clarify levels of vulnerability and why they are essential for intimacy
  • Identify your “growth edges” of less-than-nurturing coping
  • Create or improve your plan for self-nurturing and overcome barriers to self-care
  • Women who are motivated to explore their emotional availability and strengthen valuable relationships
  • Women who grew up in dysfunctional families that lacked healthy connections
  • Women who have struggled with relational trauma, addictive relationships, intimacy avoidance, or numbing behaviors that inhibit healthy connections
