  • Court orders requiring the release of information

Telehealth is provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

HIPAA protects your personal health information. We comply with HIPAA rules and you have rights including access, amendment, and restricted communications.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You must be physically located in Michigan during sessions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a private environment.
  • Technology may fail or disconnect.
  • Telehealth may not fit all clinical needs.

Telehealth follows the same confidentiality and documentation standards as in-person therapy.

Telehealth Licensing Disclaimer

Our clinicians and psychiatric provider are licensed to practice only within Michigan.

We cannot legally serve clients located outside Michigan at the time of session.
