What Trauma-Informed Breathwork Groups Are?

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Groups are therapist-guided somatic experiences that use gentle breathing techniques to support nervous-system regulation.

These groups focuses on:

  • Restoring a sense of safety
  • Supporting emotional integration

This is not aggressive or cathartic breathwork.

*Gentle regulation comes before release.*

Breathwork groups may be helpful if:
  • You feel disconnected from your body
  • Emotions feel stuck or overwhelming
  • Trauma responses live physically
  • Talk therapy feels insufficient alone
  • You want a gentle, embodied approach

Participation is always optional and paced.

*You choose your level of engagement.*
