Liviu Oniga is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience across psychiatry, internal medicine, and hospital-based care. He provides comprehensive medication management and clinically grounded support for adults navigating trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and complex mental-health needs.
